Jurassic World: Archipelago is an add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 containing the Jurassic World islands off the west coast of Costa Rica, including their iconic landmarks and prehistoric creatures. For the first time in the history of the Jurassic World franchise, you can explore Isla Nublar, Isla Sorna, and the entire Muertes Archipelago in spine tingling detail, and in your own time.

Set just before the events of the 2015 Jurassic World film from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, the islands are captured at a moment when the park is operational but not everything is under control. The landscape itself is much more than a pretty backdrop: it’s both a challenge for aviators and a journey of recreating your favorite movie scenes. Beyond Nublar, take the short flight to Isla Sorna and discover the sites and remnants of its past as “Site B” – and its resilient inhabitants. The other islands of the Muertes Archipelago are well worth exploring too, each different from the other.

Half a dozen airstrips and twice as many helipads await across the islands – some more familiar than others – but all interesting destinations of their own. For your flights to and from Costa Rica, we have included custom scenery at both Juan Santamaria Airport and Herradurda Bay Marina.

To accompany your free explorations, structured activities have you transport VIPs, take photographs on a guided tour, and practice your aviator’s skills in challenging locations.
